Land Rover Defender 130. Now Available at CMH Land Rover Menlyn
CMH Land Rover Menlyn represents an instantly recognisable silhouette that now offers a third row of seats. The new Defender 130 measures an impressive 5,358mm from its nose to its spare wheel, making it the ultimate combination of space and capability. Even though the Defender 130 is longer, the wheelbase is still the same as the Defender 110.
The third row of seats certainly does not compromise on comfort. Passengers in the third row still enjoy ample legroom, cushion width, cup holders, armrests and USB charging ports. The third row is easily accessed through the side rear door, tilting the second-row seat forward.
Defender 130 also offers four-zone climate control, allowing independent heating and cooling controls across all three rows of seating, ensuring all passengers are comfortable.
A sliding panoramic sunroof ensures true-to-life light for the first two rows of seats but, again, the third row was not forgotten from the design as an additional glass roof, unique to Defender 130, ensures passengers in the third row enjoy the same authentic Defender experience as anywhere else in the vehicle.
Even with three rows of seating in use, Defender 130 still has enough space for luggage. However, should extra load space be needed, the third row is foldable to create an impressive 1,232 litres of load space.
In conclusion, CMH Land Rover Menlyn’s opinion is that the difference you’ll find driving the 130 versus the 110 will come at the end of your journey when it’s time to park. Like the 110, the 130 is remarkably competent off-road, and you still get all the standard Defender systems and abilities as you would in the familiar 110.
